Do I need to be in Portugal to buy?
No. With a power of attorney and our representation, the process can be completed remotely. Your lawyer prepares the power of attorney.
Can I still get a Golden Visa by buying property?
No. Since Law 56/2023, real estate is no longer an eligible Golden Visa route. We can introduce you to partner lawyers for the current routes.
Which residence route is right for me?
It depends on your income source, family and plans. We map your options in the private consultation and confirm them with our partner lawyers.
Do you work only on the buyer's side?
On buyer representation mandates, yes. We represent you.
Can you manage my property after I buy?
Yes: long-term letting, short-stay operation (Chez Vivi Lisboa), maintenance and condominium administration.
Which languages do you work in?
Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
